Shipping policy

National Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them, between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays).

Normal delivery times are between 1 - 3 days once dispatched. Please add an additional 2 business days for rural delivery. 

You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has dispatched. If you have any queries regarding your delivery, please contact the courier company directly using your tracking number.

 

International Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them, between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery times are between 1 - 3 weeks for international deliveries depending on the country. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.

Any tax or duty charges are to be paid by the receiver and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charge and duties. Duties will vary depending on the country.
